Every day Community Appeals™ are filed in Justice Jo Court™ on behalf of those who feel they have been wronged by another person, party or entity.
A Community Appeal™ is a civil action that is brought forth in the Justice Jo Court™ of law for arbitration and where a party (Reporting Jo™) claims to have incurred a loss as a result of a another parties (Reported Jo™) actions and seeks actual, compensatory and/or other damages as well.
The person or party (Reporting Jo™) filing the Community Appeal™ claim is called the Reporting Jo™ {plaintiff) and the person who the claim is against is called the Reported Jo™ {defendant).
Since you’re at Justice Jo Court™, you’re probably here because you feel you may have a legitimate Community Appeal™. Hence, through our Justice Jo™ Court™ you have the right to Appeal your case directly to the Justice Jo Court™ and request the Justice Jo Community™ make a determination as to whether your, the Reporting Jo’s™, claims are validated or should be compromised or be set aside!
Our Community Appeals™ are Pending before the Justice Jo Court™ Community for 15 days. The Reporting Jo™ and Reported Jo™ are given equal opportunity to easily and quickly make a Statement of your Case and offer up evidence to make your case before the Justice Jo Community™
We’ve designed things to allow for your quick and easy use in order to save the possible embarrassment and anxiety of dealing directly face to face with the Reporting Jo™ or Reported Jo™.
With No Show Jo™, you can greatly reduce or even eliminate your pain from your loss of time and money in dealing with the expense and frustration of unreliable people and companies. The Average Jo™ filing a Justice Jo™ Community Appeal has a Report made against them; has asked the Reporting Jo™ for Change Jo™ Forgiveness, but, the Reporting Jo™ declines to let the Reported Jo™ off the hook; and, the Reporting Jo™ won’t settle for a lesser amount under a Change Jo™ Compromise.
The Reported Jo™ has the right to file for a Justice Jo™ Community Appeal. Over the next 15 days, the Change Jo™ Community, then acting in their capacity as Judge Jo’s™ and Jury Jo’s™, gets to sort out who is right and who is wrong and determine what damages are fair and equitable.
