You Must Agree to the Witness Jo™ Testimony Oath!
According to Black’s Law Dictionary, looking up the word “oath,” discussed in its broadest sense, is defined as “all forms of attestation by which a party signifies that he is bound in conscience to perform the act faithfully and truly.”
An affirmation, as per said Black’s, is defined as “a solemn and formal declaration or asseveration that an affidavit is true, that the witness will tell the truth, etc., this being substituted for an oath in certain cases.”
Black’s gives this contradistinction as an example: “Quakers, as a class, and other persons who have conscientious scruples against taking an oath are allowed to make an affirmation in any mode which they may declare to be binding upon their consciences, in confirmation of the truth of the testimony which they are about to give.”
By using this Website and being a Witness for any party using this Website I (You) hereby Agree as follows:

- You will keep your dealings honorable and forthright!
- You must be truthful to the absolute best of your knowledge and belief and at all times with submitting your testimony, content, images, videos and/or anything submitted by you is truthful, accurate and/or within your full legal right to do so, or suffer the full consequences of the Pains and Penalties found in our No Show Jo™ Terms and Conditions of Use!
