In light of the Parties having a meeting of their minds and the issues are resolved, all that is necessary to remove the report from public view worldwide and settle the damages is the completion of this Report Resolved form.

Both the Reporting Jo and Reported Jo will receive an acknowledgment that the Report is Resolved in your respective eMail.
